Time limit

Orders from suttonslats.com can be sent back within 30 days counted from delivery.

Accepted returns

We accept products that are unused, not cut, not installed and packed in their original box. A panel that has been glued, trimmed or mounted is accepted only if it is defective.

Arranging the return

Email contact@suttonslats.com with the order number and the products concerned. Our reply, within one business day, contains the return address. Parcels sent before you receive that reply may not be accepted.

Return postage

The customer pays to return items they no longer want. We pay when the item was damaged, faulty or not the one ordered.

Refund

We inspect the returned goods on arrival and email you the result. Approved amounts go back to the original payment method; your bank may need 5–10 business days. Express shipping fees stay non-refundable.

Faulty on arrival

Email photos within 7 days of delivery and pick either a free replacement or a full refund.
