Which countries can order

Sutton Slats ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

What delivery costs

Standard	Free, no minimum order
Express	USD 15.00 (converted to your local currency at checkout), packed first

The final shipping charge is always visible on the checkout page before payment.

Dispatch

Our team needs 1–3 business days after payment approval to pack each order. Anything ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday enters the queue on the next business day.

Arrival

Count on roughly 7–15 business days between dispatch and delivery for standard parcels. That window is an estimate — the carrier, the weather and seasonal peaks all play a part.

Border charges

Parcels crossing a border may be assessed for duties or import taxes by the receiving country. If those amounts are not part of the checkout total, the person receiving the order settles them.

Tracking

On dispatch day we email a tracking link. A large order may travel in separate boxes, each tracked separately.

Damage, delay or loss

Please open the box soon after it arrives. Damaged pieces: email photos of the product and the carton to contact@suttonslats.com no later than 7 days after delivery and a replacement ships at our expense. Tracking frozen for 10 business days: tell us and we file the claim, then resend the order or refund you.

Fixing an address

Addresses can be edited until the order is dispatched — just email us.
